Applications and résumés
Your name, email, phone, area of interest, message and résumé are recorded to assess opportunities. The designated HR contact is rh@brmdrill.com.br. A reference number is issued; registration does not imply a job offer or vacancy.
Misconduct reports
The channel records the incident type, description, context, optional attachment and contact details if provided. For unidentified reports, name, email and access identity are not saved with the report. The designated channel manager is contato@brmdrill.com.br.
Reference number and key
Following up on reports requires a reference number and key. Only a cryptographic representation of the key is stored; the original is shown once. Follow-up displays status and a message intended for the reporter, excluding internal investigation notes.
Restricted access
Résumés and reports are stored with access limited to authorized roles. HR and Integrity permissions are separate. Administrator downloads and status changes are recorded. The owner can administer the system.
Technical access information
Hosting may process technical connection information. A temporary key derived from the connection address is used to limit abuse, separately from report content. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. We do not use our own advertising or audience analytics tools.
Private version and optional identification
While the website is private, access requires platform authentication. Optional identification within a report does not make hosting access anonymous. File contents and metadata may also identify individuals.
